What a great Bank Holiday offer from Shopitize...

This is a multiple redemption £2 cash back offer which you can claim 6 times on bottles of Old Mout Cider (500ml) (All Flavours) on purchases made at Tesco only until 30th August 2016...

Upload your receipt, wait for confirmation of cash back and your next offer will become available indicating remaining number of redemptions...

*** IMPORTANT UPDATE: You can now purchase all six bottles on 1 receipt and re-upload the same receipt onto your account only. This is against normal Shopitize rules but on this occasion they are accepting the same receipt on your account...

I have successfully claimed all 6 from 1 receipt. Plus you get an additional £2 / £3 profit... :) ***

Products are available in store & online but Shopitize will only accept an in store receipt at the moment…

Are you new to the Shopitize App? If you do not have a Shopitize account yet ask for more information on how to get this deal and additional opening offers...

** Also claim £2.20 cash back via the Checkoutsmart App using one of Shopitize receipts...

Hope you all enjoy this fantastic offer... :)

Can you claim using the same receipt for all six bottles, or do they need to be on a separate receipt for each bottle/claim?

Separate receipts as you have to wait for the next offer to become available in your app after uploading your initial receipt... X)

I bet the supermarket's love these deals. 6 items needing 6 receipts. Also a pain when getting say 12 items, needing 8 receipts and trying to remember what goes on what receipt for each cashback site. Took me ages the other day. Staff kept coming over and asking if I was OK!

Been there! Feel a bit of a plonker but worth it in the end!

I had a berry one and a kiwi one a couple of days ago. They were OK, nothing amazing. The after taste on the kiwi one was nice but the initial taste was a bit oO.

I'm still going to go and buy some with this offer though X)

Yeah, had the same funny but silent look from girl on checkout, just for one additional transaction which I had already explained it was for cashback purposes, don't understand why it's a problem for some these checkout staff, you think it was coming out of their own pocket the looks you get!

The procedure says that we need to scan the item. Do we need to scan the item before buying at the till or can we scan after paying at the till (or once home)?

Good spot OP

Nice find KiKai!

For those unfamiliar with Shopitize and it's MULTI-REDEMPTION offers (and 4 other similar Apps)... here's a link to my summary/tips/tricks/traps about it/them, in particular to the link to the Shopitize "How to redeem multi-redemption offers..."

You can scan at any stage (eg at home later)- as long as the offer is still showing in the App - BUT it's always best to scan BEFORE putting in your basket to be sure you really are buying a valid product, and that their App accepts you are. [You can always chase them later if you're sure it matches their product description, but for some reason their App isn't recognising the product packaging barcode - it does happen - but that takes a lot of time/hassle for small (hopeful) reward.]

See my tips/tricks/traps link in reply above for more ideas re how best to use Shoptize.

As has been mentioned above the CheckoutSmart App is also offering
1 x "Free Old Mout cider 500ml - selected varieties" at Tesco only until close today Fri 26/8.

As CheckoutSmart are NOT associated with Shopitize you can use the same receipt to claim via both systems.
ie you buy a SINGLE valid bottle in Tesco - get a receipt today - and then submit that receipt to both Apps/sites.
so £2.19 paid to Tesco, £2.19 reclaimable from CheckoutSmart [in full once you reach £20, otherwise just 95%], and £2 due from Shoptize [claimable once they owe you £4+].

And then potentially go on to buy 5 more bottles, one at time, each on a single receipt, to claim on Shopitize... by Tuesday!

The listed 500ml varieties [which tally to the 4 valid on Shopitize too] are:
- Kiwi and Lime
- Summer Berries
- Passion Fruit and Apple
- Pomegranate & Strawberry Cider

I saw this range promoted all over Manchester advertising hoardings yesterday so presumably this is part of their marketing push to either get people to try the product, or to fool the supermarkets into believing it's popular (at 0p/19p) so will continue to stock it.

Can't see this offer on my Shoptize app.
Two ideas to try:
a. Drag down the picture/offers area to get a refresh circle [that's the Android interface anyway] and it should appear as first offer
b. Otherwise logout (last item in the menu) and back in again [having ensured you know your email/password first!]

Noob question: Can you claim 2 different items on the same receipt, i.e. milk and cider as oppose to 2 of the same product? BTW, the kiwi & lime flavour of this is delicious!

Yes. As you scan barcodes for the items on your Shopitize 'shopping list' it builds up the list of items to claim on ... and then after you've photographed your receipt it gives you a final tick list chance to say which claim(s) you are making on that receipt.
Hence today at Waitrose I had 70p on CIF and 40p on Bertolli = £1.10 total claim.

I claimed five on unique receipts, all were accepted but now my 5th redemption has changed to 'under review'. Is this normal? Perhaps if you submit over 4 a day or something?
