I'm on the look out for some decent ear phones and I've stumbled on these, from all the reviews I've read they appear to be pretty decent and for £29.99 with free delivery from Play seems like a winner.

Just don't buy them all I don't get paid for a week or so!!!

Originally developed for professional musicians, the E2c combines Dynamic MicroDriver speaker technology with a sound isolating design to deliver rich, full-range sound while blocking outside noise -- ideal for enhancing your listening experience with portable MP3, DVD, and CD players as well as all other audio sources.

Sound Isolating Technology

The E2c's in ear design works like an earplug to block background noise naturally. This enables you to listen comfortably at lower volumes -- even in loud environments. And unlike bulky headphones utilizing active noise cancellation technology, no artifacts are introduced into your listening experience. Sound isolating earphones are also much smaller and don't require batteries.

Speaker Type: Dynamic MicroDrivers

The E2c's speakers are constructed with studio-grade components, producing outstanding audio clarity that allows you to hear your music like never before.

Personal Fit Kit

Because every ear is different, E2c Earphones come with three pairs (small, medium, large) of disposable Foam Sleeves, and three pairs (small, medium, large) of Flex Sleeves to ensure the ideal personalized fit.

Secure In Ear Design

The soft, flexible sleeves in the Fit Kit gently contour the inside of the ear for a comfortable, secure fit so that the earphones don't fall out while you're exercising.
Low-Profile Earphone Cables

The E2c's cables pass behind the ear - out of sight and out of the way -- to provide a more comfortable, discreet fit.

Lightweight Construction

Weighing only 1 oz (30g), the E2c is lightweight and comfortable enough for any portable listening application -- packing a big punch in such a compact package.
Earphones Carrying Case

The E2c comes with a stylish, compact carrying case. The cable spool inside provides a convenient, tangle-free way to store your earphones.

Don't foget quidco!
#3
I have these.
Can't recommend them enough.

What's the connector like? I am looking for a decent set for an ipod touch, so they need to have the long/thin connector and not an L-Shape

I bought these when they popped up a few weeks ago and must say they are very good. I went for a walk to check out the sound isolation in a noisy environment and i couldn't hear the buses passing a couple of feet away with my ipod at 1/3 volume.
I'm very impressed.

But these definately don't have a thin connector
#6
My clear ones have an L-connector.
#7
anyone recommend some good/cheap ones with a long connector?

Great price. Made me take the plunge and buy them, ******! I wanted to save some money this month lol
#11
These are awesome headphones - had mine for abourt 2 years now.

They also come with a 12 month gaurantee, which my mate has called in twice after he nicked the cable. Got a new set each time.
#12
Well thats me down on cash till the end of the month, I couldn't resist them any longer. I think these are a discontinued line now, which may explain the cut in price. I would think once they're gone that'll be it
#13
i got these great customer service from shure! kinda lack bass, but still good.
#14
These a great earphones. I own two pairs that I got about a year ago.
#15
damn..... i missed them :(

Re: lacking bass:

Are you sure you are getting a good fit in your ear? I find the bass rather impressive for head phones, but you need a good fit.
#17
They were showing 'in stock' when I ordered. Now my order says 'awaiting stock'
Looks like I missed them too.

I bought a set, from Amazon when they had them for £30 recently.

Experiences?

Ear-fit is critical in getting good Bass.

You'll be well advised to try an assortment of the small in-ear sleeves that ship with the 'phones to get a good fit in the ear canal.

The noise reducing effect of having the entrance to the ear canal blocked is significant...

I decided in about 30 seconds not to install the small wax-guards that are supposed to adhere to the end of the plastic earpiece. I can imagine untold problems if one of those got down inside the ear canal.
They have an 'L' connector, no issues with an iPod Touch.

they are good 'phones but I need some with in-line volume. Recommendations?
