This is red hot. It was good at the previous price, its even better at this.

I'm tempted to buy a spare pair - anyone know how long these are likely to last?
#4

Will this work with the 1st generation iphone or do I need an adaptor? Thanks!
#15
Unbelievable price! Tempted to buy a pair as I will get new sleeves to use with my SE530s and also have a less expensive pair to wear out and about :)

Anyone know how many sets of sleeves are supplied with these? I mainly use the large black foamies - In fact does anyone want to trade ones they have NOT used?
#16
yes,it works with 1st gen iphone.
#17
Are they really that good?
#18
Thanks for this I've been trying to decide on replacement headphones for weeks, at this price my mind was made up :-D
#19
For those that didnt realise, these retail for around £70. You can get them online from Amazon and the like from about £40 upwards, so this is a great price.

My Goldring GX200 was water damaged this morning. Accidently left one of the earphones submerged in a glass of water on the bed side table after I took them off in bed and put it to one side.

This would make a great replacement. Although I will miss the Goldrings though :-(
#21
Can someone answer me a couple of questions....

Will these be ok to run in or will they keep falling out?
And...
How long is the wire? Is it one long wire or does it have one of those stupid extensions?

Cheers for help.
#22
Couldnt resist - I'm happy with my Sennheiser CX300's for now, but these are too much of a bargain to pass up. You know, for when my current ones die..........

I got a set when they were £24.99 - superb earphones compared to my previous Goldrings. They come with 3 sizes of both the rubber and foam sleeves - I only use the smallest so will happily swap the largest ones !
#26
I think it was six sleeves that came with mine - three rubber and three foamies. If you have a search for the earlier £24.99 threads there were some photos of the case, sleeeves, wire etc.

And they will be fine for running - I use mine for biking and they have never become even slightly dislodged. In fact when you get the fit right there is almost a sucking feeling as they go into your ear - at first I was almost worried I wouldn't be able to get them out!

Sometimes there needs to be a 'super-hot' voting button on this site - this is one of those times.

Thanks for this.... was thinking about buying at £24.99 but reports that the CX300s were as good (by some people) put me off. Now that the price is nearer the CX300s I think it is worth a punt. Would probably get my money back on Ebay if I didn't like them.
