Seems a bargain to add this classic title to your steam account!

(Remember you can always boot up one of the older version of Windows such as 98/Me/2000/XP to play the game!)

Sail the Caribbean, marauding all on the high seas or ally your ship and crew as a privateer in search of riches - the life you choose is up to you. Face dogged enemies, raid unsuspecting villages, woo fair maidens, avoid capture or dig for buried treasure. Discover what it takes to become one of the most famous pirates in history!

Had to step my game up ;)
GREAT GAME shame about the Xp-ness
used to love this game when younger. now got it on ipad.
Going back to the old games are never the same.

Hence the reason I refuse to unbox my Amiga, never mind how much I want to play Kick Off 2
Great game, spent many hours swashbuckling in this game.

In regards to only running on computers running XP this does not seem to be the case.
In the Steam forums many people are saying it works perfectly on Windows 7 so definitely worth £1.49. I will try on Windows 8 a bit later.
I played Kick Off 2 a little while ago. Impossible. So fast. That little ball was rolling and bouncing all over the place, could barely get my players anywhere near it.

No idea how I used to do it.

Must have been those kid insect reactions.
Beautiful Game

I have this on steam, played it in Windows 7 literally last night with no issues at all? max res is 1024x768 but that's no biggie, certainly worked fine though...!
If you are struggling to run it, you could try XP Mode. Use it at work to run legacy apps.

This will be the 2004 remake/upgrade/port lol not the original. Cant you see from the thumbnails the graphics aren't a crock? Not that they are anything special by today's standard...

Anyway good game. Sort out the OP.!_(2004_video_game)
