Hi

First deal so go easy on me!

Was looking out for a Nespresso machine, Debenhams had this Siemens TK30 Essenza Nespresso one for £75 and with the current £30 cashback promo (ends 25/01/09) should make it £45 altogether!

Regards

£ 75 less 20% daily mail voucher = £ 60 less £30 cashback = £ 30 = well worth it

Been swithering about one of these for ages. This is a great deal. Did they have more than one? In other words did it look like it may be countrywide, or did it look like yours was a one off? Thanks.
#3
how do u get the 30 quid cashback??
what did i miss
#4
so how exactly do we get £30 cash back

theres also 20% off code that hasnt been put up
#6
Ok well i missed out on the 20% daily mail voucher

They had these cards to fill out that you send off for the cash back, or you can download the same form off the internet.

didn't seem like a one off as there was also a bigger price thingy attached to the demo one.

cant see to find this machine on their website?

As its instore no real need to attach online vouchers, good deal if you are local to a debenhams.
#9

Would you not only 10% for electricals?

strange looking voucher, no barcode. Has this been used successfuly.

Also why do they say no photocopies when it can be printed out. duh!
#14
also are you sure Debenhams are a 'participating retailer' like john lewis?
#15
ok, well its not on the website, in store only.

Debenhams should be participating as I picked up a hard copy of the redemption form for the cashback in store also!

How much do the wee coffee pod things cost? don't they work out quite a bit more expensive than normal coffee like for an espresso or filter machine?

they are about 23p each, more expensive than normal coffee but a lot less hassle imo

No availability in Dunfermline, Stirling, Perth, Dundee or either of the Edinburgh stores for anyone interested.
#19
Great price if you can get one. :-)
#20
I was quite unimpressed with the quality of the coffee when I tried one at a friends house. Can't argue with the hassle-free factor though.
#21
I used to use one of these at work, the Krupps one.

We had all the flavours, the muddy gold coloured one was my favorite flavour.

The best way to get a decent cuppa coffee (that doesn't go stone cold in minutes) was to rinse your cup in boiling water from the kettle to warm up the porcelain, then stick in the coffee, top up with hot water and milk to taste.

Can you please explain this in more details.

OP- Which Debenhams did you get yours from?

@sn0ttyang3l/zayf- I thought that the Daily Voucher only gave 10% off for Technology. In which case it would be 67.50 after the discount and then the £30 which is by redemption (incidentally does anyone know if the redemption needs to be sent in by 25/01 or the purchase made before then?)
#24
I looked into these things a few weeks ago but was put off by the cost of the pods.
#25
It is on their site, but I had to google it as their search function didn't find it:

I'd actually suggest that this: http://www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Siemens+Nespresso+TK50/630554043,default,pd.html is a better deal when you get your £30 back. I bought one of these machines a few years ago for about £330, with the cashback it would be £105!!! Now, that's a bargain!
#29
The cost is in the pods, less hassle but you pay for it. If you are to drink a lot then a proper machine is the way to go.
#30
Also, if you sign up for a storecard you can get 10% off everything in store for a week.
#31
Bah! Humbug! Sold out online, not in stock anywhere remotely close to me and apparently too fragile to be ordered through the normal home delivery service - not sure I get that if it was available online before. What do they do on the home delivery, drop it out of a plane?

Anyway, good spot, got me quite excited for a while ....

Noting that I missed the Dolce Gusto Argos deal before Xmas, I am tempted by this - 5 days to decide!
#33
Does anyone know if this is in stock anywhere?

You can check through customer services on 08445616161. Don't bother if you're in the north east!
