That cant be right!! Even the cheapest one in argos is 17 litres!!! 0.7 cu.ft is 20 litres or near as!! Looks like someone has missed the 0 off!!

I've ordered four times from Debenhams on-line and have yet to receive any item from them

I wouldn't buy anything from Debs using codes again after my last fiasco. The email you get from them shows the discounted price and leaves you thinking everything is sweet. The trouble starts when they still take the full amount without the discount from your bank. Then when you ring and try and cancel they won't let you and say you'll have to return the item once you've received delivery. Then when it's returned to them you have to start chasing them up for your refund.

In short, don't bother.:x

just imagine, if you order and receive the tiny 2 litre microwave, all you heat is a cup of tea, there is no way you can put a plate of rice to heat, surely a mistake.

ordered one to ckeck.

It's a disgrace really, at the end of the day if they confirm a certain price, by law they should have to adhere to that price. A55holes.:x

there's a better delonghi in argos with a stainless steel cavity... if it's still in there. I remember it being £40... in a sale maybe?

The delonghi does not have a grill feature.

That would be you then LOL

Are you hassling people for using codes on a hot deal site? A hole

I would NEVER use Debenhams again, I have been let down so many times and that is without using any codes

Could do with a microwave, I just fear my shopping habits might change and all of a sudden i'll have tons of ready meals in my basket.

I got the delonghi which is £75 (half price)
but it was damaged and seen somebody was returning it too but after I recived mine
It's not good one bettter but something cheaper like LG and it works great

The grill feature is overrated anyway, i think i've used the grill on mine about twice in as many years.

Would have ordered but for two reasons:

Debenhams awful reputation for online deliveries with codes (and awful reputation for cancelling/overcharging/refunding, generally any customer service...)

and

My ex works there and refuse to give the bitch any more of my money, after she emptied all my credit cards and bank account before leaving.
#22
I would steer away from an Hinari. I was bought one as a present less than 18 months ago. The first one did not work at all. The second one works fine however the paint on both the inside door and wall has started peeling badly. I have just ordered a new one (not Hinari) but this time have gone for stainless steel interior.

Also Debenhams are a nightmare. I have only ever had 1 thing successfully delivered and that was part of an order of many items and was the cheapest item and they still wanted me to pay delivery. The item was less than the delivery charge, I did get the charge back but only after many calls. For a big store I think there online service is a disgrace.
#23
I agree, don't bother, its too much hassle. Using discount codes on reduced items sends alarm bells to the people processing the orders and they either cancel the order, order it and cancel the discount code, or not bother at all. I ordered a dining room table 3 times and had it cancelled twice, and then they sent it the third time and ignored the discount code. It was damaged and i sent it back. It took two months and a few phone calls to get all of my money back. The only positive is customer services were very polite and helpful.

I agree, I used Debenhams and they made up a delivery which they never sent through Royal Mail and finally they said they will re imburse my money.

Pathetic experience with delivery considering they run a hi street store.

My Hinari microwave stopped heating food one month after the guarantee ran out.

lol its hinari wouldnt waste the cash.

Just a wee note to say I've done four Debenhams orders now. All four have arrived in their entirety, no damage, and all discounts applied. Last time I ordered though, I got two Denby sets and each was wrapped in THIRTY feet of bubble wrap. It must have cost more in bubble wrap for them, than the items they sold me!

hinari is rrubbish:x

I shouldn't be using Debenhams? Why is that?

I said on my post that I had problems without using codes.

Just checked my bank account, £36 has been taken today by debs, so hopefully I will get this.
#40
Just had an email to say its dispatched, and can confirm only £36 was taken out of my bank account, bargain!
