been using this for a few weeks now, since they released it. It's very noisy compared to nutri ninja and ninja bullet, I have to run it through 2 full cycles of blender mode, which is 6 start and stops, that makes sure there are no bits left. Saying that I still get the odd bit of carrot but I can live with that. Everything else is completely blasted into a milkshake like consistency. Having to run it for so long does generate a bit more heat in the results. So it's not quite as cold as it was with a ninja. But still cool, and the results are worlds apart. I didn't really mind the grainy results of the ninja, and it was faster and more convenient. But I wouldn't go back now I've used this machine. I also like that this once has twice the capacity as I tend to overfill the ninja with my ingredients.
