Silverline tools are rubbish however an SDS drill will be better at drilling than say a Dewalt regular hammer drill. However you will need special SDS drill bits so factor in to that cost.

I will differ with you on the "rubbish" part, most silverline kit comes with 3yr warranty as does this drill, some even has lifetime warranty, I have quite a bit of silverline tooling now and have yet to have any fail.
Of course you will need SDS+ drill bits, like you will need electric to plug it into as well.
Now I wonder how close you can get to this price with a Dewalt ;-)

Good price

I have an SDS drill for the walls in our house, as they are made of concrete. A normal hammer drill just bounces off the wall!
