and if you call them and tell them you want to cancel they call you back and offer you it at £10 a month
#2
This is very quidco dependent, excellent deal if quidco pay out though!
#3
Quidco are very reliable. If you abide by the rules and follow terms and conditions (ie. dont use another voucher when buying) you WILL get your money.

I can vouch for the statement that Vodafone will offer an even better price if you ring to cancel. Anyone relying on the Quidco cashback ought to read the problems (described in the Vodafone Quidclan) we have had getting our money.
#6
Im very lost, how do you get the £120 cashback, as going through quidco its says £40 ???? please could you explain the link etc
#7
The 'go to deal' button sends you to the £20 a month contract that gives you £120 cashback, the other links in the description are for £90 cashback (£15 a month contract) and £60 cashback (£10 a month contract)

use this link: http://www.quidco.com/vodafone-12-month-sim-only-20-tariff/
#8
why isnt this offer on the quidco page ??? why only through this link plz
#9
it is on quidco, search vodafone and you will find all three deals. What i ment was that on the vodafone website i could not access 12 month contract deals for some reason (maybe its my computer).

It is on quidco. Search for vodafone and you 'll see

Vodafone 12 month Sim Only £20 tariff £120

Get loads more talk time. And loads more texts. All for a lot less than you'd usually pay on a 12 month price plan. It's...
#11
sorry my mistake, i was looking just on the vodafone page

That's if you can get through to them - terribly long waiting time to get through to customer services

This is a good deal at £120 a year for 600 mins and unlimited texts with vodafone. But, if you dont mind changing your number every three months and ringing them to cancel every two months, so that the contract ends on the three month date, ie 10th Jan to 10th april, you would ring up and cancel on the 10th march. Each 30 day sim earns £40 cashback, you ve paid £60 for the three months at £20 per month, so you get three months for £20! So you get the same deal for £80 per year. They normally take about six months to pay the cashback, which is a long time but if your banking it, it does not really matter, i have always been paid.

make sure you have proof for the deal. i did a 6 month one with voda. instead of £15 a month they charged me £20 a month.

kepp some proof of the deal.

when you gett your first bill make sure your not being over charged.
#16
Man, I hope this type of offer is still available when my current contract expires in September! £120 quidco is not to be sniffed at!
#17
Just ordered the £15pm deal for my daughter. Was paying £7.50 via Virgin for 100 texts so this is about as hot as it gets for me :-D

Taking a while to track via Quidco though..
#18
Just taken out a 12 month sim only renewal by phoning cancellation department ended up with 1200 mins unlimited texts and mobile internet for £21/month

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to all this (especially Quidco) - can somebody just quickly explain it?

Can I simply sign up and get such a deal as this through that link and it just gets me money off ... simple as that?

Not to track, it should be a few days at the most. If it doesn't contact them (don't activate the sim) and if it hasn't tracked, send it back and order again.

It can take up to 6 months to get paid the cashback.
#26
Quidco Clan for vodafone cashback ..has a few details on peoples problems and what ref numbers etc you should be keeping hold of.

Would also like to know this. I have a £40 a month plan with vodafone and they allowed me to put "unlimited" internet use on for free.

They quoted £5 a month if I add it to my contract (i.e. you can't cancel it until your contract expires) or £7.50 a month as an add on.

I'm planning on doing this with O2. I missed out on the Simplicity £110 Quidco deal the other week. I'd even cancelled my 30 day Simplicity and the day I went to order the 12 month Simplicity it had gone down to only £70 Quidco so I sacked it off. My 30 day contract is still going to be cancelled on the 3rd May so I'm just gonna re-order and claim the £23 Quidco again and keep on doing it every few months.

Pity Voda don't do the the free web bolt ons like O2 as I move over to them instead for the extra Quidco.

Excellent!

Vodafone are reliable when it comes to Quodco!

I have had poor reports about 02 and Quidco tracking, may be an isolated case but a mate at work had to wait 18 months for his cashback!

My renewal with O2 just came up. I phoned them (there's now a menu number option to go straight through to retentions!) and quoted these deals and mentioned Quidco to get a simply amazing O2 SIM only deal :)

I missed out on the £110 simplicity deal. Do you reckon o2 will provide a retention deal if I purchase the monthly simplicity deal and then cancel within 30 days?

Here are some best practices for consistent tracking. (We'll go into more detail on the first two items in the next section.)
Make sure your computer & browser are configured properly.
Clear cookies & cache, disable pop-up, ad, & image-blockers.
Log into Quidco and click on the merchant link on the Quidco site.

Don't type anything in the address window of your browser after logging into Quidco.

Don't open any other tabs or windows in the same browser, or click on any links in tabs or windows that may already be open.

If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that started from Quidco can affect tracking.

Don't use voucher or other discount codes unless they came from the Quidco site.

Doing so may cause the referral to come from the code issuer rather than Quidco.

Don't use "refer a friend" programs or promotional links from other sites.

Remember, if the referral isn't seen as coming from Quidco, you won't receive cashback.

Complete your purchase online, all in one session.

If you decide after check out that you want to purchase something else, close the merchant site window and start the process over from the Quidco site.

Don't retrieve previously-saved items in your shopping cart; start completely from scratch.

If you're buying insurance, make sure you start from a completely new quote; don't retrieve a saved one or use a renewal offer if you're already a policy-holder.

If the merchant you are using allows "reserve & collect" for cashback, don't change the original order in any way when you collect your purchase. Adding items to the sale at the point of checkout, or using discount cards or vouchers can override the Quidco referral.

Telephoning the merchant to complete or modify your order will likely over-ride the Quidco referral (and therefore your cashback).

We cannot support enquiries in these cases, as the original tracking is irretrievably lost. If you need to change something minor, it may be best to completely cancel the first transaction and start a new one from scratch.

OP, can't you spell Vodafone, you donut....
