Unfortunately T mobile is one of the worst networks availible, so they can give as many minutes as they like but trying to use them is another issue, move house so you can live under the transmitter so you can phone someone with out being cut of mid sentence, standing in the middle of the road seems to help, with your arm out stretched shouting "can you hear me now, can you hear me NOW, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW ect"at the handset.
