Does the tap head turn?

I have one that looks exactly the same, and the tap definitely swivels. Can't say about this one, but the price is fantastic.

Yes it does, my brother got this one the last time it was on at Aldi.

The lever section stays stationary while the spout part rotates. I was suprised when he showed it to me as it actually looks and feels very good especially for the price.

Will be in Aldi on Sunday, i think its a very good offer considering the cheapest mixer tap Argos/B&Q do is £24.99 and they aren't pretty. They are very easy to install, you just need a couple of spanners :P

BarneyDog, can you confirm if the water comes out all bubbly and soft (i.e. the non splash kinda water)?
