nice but wouldn't it be better to buy the double one for £3 more? with a extra USB port think about it, it would work out much better

Not if you're replacing a single one. Like for like wherever you like. Change the load capabilities and it should be signed off by an electrician.

Useful, now if they could make 2amp versions to charge up nice and fast :D

they do at screwfix and amazon but you will see another post killing these due to a droptest that pulled 4.1amp and fried it (not surprised)

I cannot find in description power of USB charger, so probably is 0.5A (very weak, so they prefer not to reveal it)?

You're right it used to be the law but hasn't been for many years. If you live in a new enough house to have records of what was there and it has changed and not been signed off then good luck with an insurance claim if your house burns down.

yup shame really that you cannot maintain look after improve your property without a numpty coming round to do it because he has the paperwork and does a proper $%^% job of it and then he's using his brothers qualification whooops feel a rant coming on best shut up and return to flamedeer catching lol merry xmas btw :)

i think these are a stupid and dangerous idea it will encourage children to stick things in the socket
