Voted Hot for the price. One review says it comes with the adapter which is a plus, but no stock in any of the West London stores. One left in the Scarborough store.

If these are connected via USB would that not make them compatible with Xbox too?

Ordered the last one available near me, heat added.

Am i right in thinking everthing is supplied in order to use on PS3?

Thanks

As long as the adapter is supplied (which I think it is) then yes.

You obviously need a SingStar game to go with them. You can buy the cheaper PS2 ones, although you may need a free online update to play them if you do.

Do they work with the WII?

It seams to be a bit hit and miss as to them working on other platforms/as to which games they are compatible with.

Interestingly they do appear to work with a PC

Thank you, have just reserved mine (last one left in the whole area), will be collecting in the morning :o)

If you're anywhere near Spalding and want these then wait until close of business tomorrow and they should have 1 left in stock. Or message me for reservation code, just ordered some mics and game bundle from Amazon instead.

I would imagine these only work with the PS2/PS3 and not other consoles I'm afraid - but you never know

I paid £30 for a set of these a few months back - if only i'd held on!

the adapter has to be supplied otherwise they wont work on your ps2/ps3
as for playing ps2 games on the ps3, only possible if you have a 60gb ps3.

also, no, they dont work on the xbox

Ralph7 - you can use Singstar PS2 discs with any PS3, but you have to have a copy of a PS3 Singstar to use them. It doesn't matter which PS3 version you use and you can pick up some cheap ones at the moment for a little over a tenner - once you start the PS3 Singstar you can then take the disc out, swap it for a PS2 Singstar disc and then you can play all the songs on there.

For those with Windows, you can also play UltraStar - a free Win32 version of Singstar. From memory of a couple of Xmases ago, the PS2 mics work fine.

yes i know, but that is totally different to what the poster i quoted said.

obviously meaning you can buy a cheap ps2 game to use with these mics on the ps3, because he mentions downloading a small update for them to work.
