Take half the strawberries out you can close the lid. If you take the grapes out you can put the bottle back in where it's met to go and you would have to take at least half of the snap out of the main box otherwise that won't shut.

Only £1.60 in store at Wilkinson.

Thanks. I was wondering how, when I receive the lunchbox exactly as pictured, I would close it.

Only £1.60 in store at Wilkinson.

I got one last week in Wilkinson's for £1.60.

This is small, you can't fit an apple in or most yoghurts, the idea is great but in reality, don't waste your cash!
#12
Agree - great idea badly executed. You need the flatest of sandwiches, the smallest bananas and there is no seal on the bottle cap just plastic to plastic so you have to over tighten and eventually it won't seal properly.
#13
Not voting either way but I bought this because of the sections a while back but in reality it's of no use, much too small. Threw it out in my tupperware clear out before Xmas.

+1 on all the comments saying this is a good idea done very badly. Only useful for a hamster's packed lunch.

I have this in front of me as I speak, the small bottle aperture is great and keeps the liquid secure and the top parts are great for a few small Fruits but it's downfall is the lack of fruit space owing to the space the upper box takes inside the lower one. Useful though for a small lunch

I voted cold because it's less than half this price in store at Wilkinson.

However, I do have to disagree with the comments saying that this is next to useless. Yes, I agree it wouldn't be much use for some people, but for other's it's ideal. If you like to take, yoghurts, whole pieces of fruit, 4 sandwiches etc, all in one box, then yes, this won't be any good for you.

For me though, it's perfect. I don't bother with the bottle as it's very small (approx 250ml), I take a separate bottle, this free's up another compartment in the top section. So you have the 'larger' bottom compartment and the 3 smaller upper compartments. In the bottom compartment you can take anything from, a sandwich to wraps or rice or pasta or salad or couscous etc etc. In the 3 upper sections you can put in fruit, nuts, seeds, anything really, bits of chicken, prawns etc.

The last time I used it, I had moroccan cous cous in the bottom, some chargrilled chicken in the larger of the upper sections, and some grapes and blueberries in the other 2 sections.

I do think though that they have missed a trick by not making this in different sizes. Say perhaps 2 bigger sizes, one for all the people like those who have made comments above and perhaps an even bigger size for couples/family picnics.

For me though, it's perfect, I always eat breakfast, I don't have a big lunch, and I eat a decent dinner.

I picked one up in Wilko's the other day for £1.60. It was the last one on the shelf though

I voted hot as it is a brand that can be more expensive, Tesco is more widely available than a wilkos and as a Mum to kids who have had every packed lunch box in the world and then some, I did have one of these for the older teen last year. Now she just shoves a scrunched up bag of crisps and a foil wrapped sandwich in her blazer pockets or school bag.

This actually isn't too small really, just my opinion but you can put your wraps and sarnies in the bottom and cut up fruit/ snacks in the top, its not a bad lunch box for your average packed lunch or older child who doesn't want a 'babyish' character bag.

If you like a large packed lunch then just get a big cheapo plastic tub with a lid and bung it all in, that's what I used to do for work .

Surprised no one has said they got it from HB for 99p

Pretty much useless for kids school lunch but do find it ok for snacks on a journey.
#22
I noticed they had something similar in poundland today, only without the bottle. Worth a look if you wanted a lunchbox with sections.
#23
Just thrown away 2 of these, they are absolutely useless, the sections are not deep enough to fit in the most important part of your child's lunch, the fruit or yogurt!!, i agree the concept is great but dont waste your cash
