Anyone thats done boxing training knows how good skipping is for loosing weight. I went to boxing gym for about 6 months and dropped from 15 stone to 12. Skipping hadd allot to do with it. Do 5 minutes skipping then plank for 1 minute. then 5 minutes more skipping, 1 minute left arm plank, 5 minutes more then 1 minute right arm plank, then 5 minutes more skipping then 1 minute crunches, then 5 minutes more and 1 minute punch the air. Alternate your skipping speeds, high knees, 10 seconds right leg, 10 seconds left leg etc. Trust me it really gets the flab of you.
