Regardless of the price, Skullcandy are awful sound quality & just as awful build quality.

I'd strongly recommend anyone to look elsewhere.

Try looking at these which are in the same price bracket

soundmagic pl30

MEElectronics M6

MEElectronics M11+

ot the Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5 are on offer at play ATM for £39.99 if anyone is willing to spend a little more..

I haven't tried any of your recommendations, but completely agree with you about the Skullcandy earbuds. THESE are much better, and cheaper. I even have a £6.00 Sony pair that sound far better.

*edit* The ones I posted don't have a mic, so it's not a like-for-like comparison, but look around and you'll find much better options for the money.

Yeah, personally I like Ultimate Ears more than the others.
I got Super.Fi 3 (black, white, transparent), 4, 5vi, 10vi, 170vi, 220 and I love them all!
As Nuwidol said the deal at Play is such a great bargin! (But I grab my 5vi for 34.99 LOL)

Bought a pair of these the other week, didn't even think about posting here.

Anyway, claim they to take a few days to get to you as they ship fro Jersey, however next day were delivered - so A* service there.

These are designed for a phone, in so far as they have an in built mic, not really a problem, and work perfectly well in any 3.5mm headphone socket.

I already have a pair of skullcandy titan earbuds and although these are meant to be better .. i personally have not noticed a difference.

i bought a set of these just before christmas, they were 17.99 on play.com the controls and the mic also work with the the htc desire is anyone is interested. Didnt think much of the sound though, prefer the cx300;s all day long. any way the skull candys broke in jan, the one ear went quiet so sent them back and got them replaced with the 20/20s.... havent broke so far..

Bought a set of Skull Candy ones from Play. One ear didn't work, sent back for replacement, the replacement set both ears didn't work!
Got money back. Never will buy a set again!

I own the sound magic pl30 and can confirm that they are some of the bed in ear headphones you can get for less than 30 pound.. Good mids and highs and the bass is controlable, which is handy, so you can change it from punchy to deep at the flick of a switch

Yep i've got the Soundmagic PL-30 as well. They are excellent value . I bought them after reading reviews on the net and am not disappointed . They come with loads of different size & type of ear buds so you need to experiment with them to see which are the best as they can have a dramatic effect on the sound if you dont pick the right size/type for you ;) .
