This is for ADSL broadband up to 17Mb.

Just took this deal out you pay for the line rental and get the broadband for free for 12 months but they also send you a £100 Prepaid Mastercard and if you go through Quidco you get £60.

If you need a new phone line installed it will cost £20 and there is a £9.95 charge for router delivery.

If you do not need a line installed it will be even cheaper for you.

So for me it worked out:

£17.40 x 12 = £208.80 + £20 (line install) + £9.95 (delivery) = £238.75

But with Quidco/TCB cashback = £238.75 - £100 - £60 = £78.75 for 12 months (£6.56 per month)

For new or existing customers taking Broadband Unlimited you can also add the Sky Talk Anytime Extra free for 12 months and then £8 per month - http://www.sky.com/shop/broadband-talk/talk-anytime-extra/ but I am not sure how this would work with Quidco cashback. I do not have a phone connected to my line so did not add it to my order.

You do not need to take TV.

A couple of years ago when I took the TV they had something similar with a prepaid Mastercard and I received it in the post.

Anyone used the Sky Q Hub a £20 one off option at checkout. Whats the standard one like that's free??

So if you don't need a phone line installing...its under a fiver a month! Why is this cold?
I change to sky when they were giving a m & s voucher for £75 (which you had to claim) with £75 TopCashBack. All went through without any problems.

Supposed to be a vast improvement on the regaulr hub. Have a Google for reviews and you should see quite a bit of positive comment.

Sky is troublesome like BT but if the person who's looking for a broadband deal is willing to take the risk of joining them, then this is a good deal.

The worst year of broadband I've ever had, perhaps it was because I was only paying under £1 a month ( mse deal) with speeds as low as 0.04mbps. Funny how the year before when I was paying full whack it was fine.

Your ISP should not also be your content creator. Massive conflict of interests.

I paid the extra for the q hub as had poor WiFi upstairs with an EE hub. Don't find it any better and one downside is that it can only connect to 2 wired devices (other one has 4 ports.)

Just looked at this for adding the talk anytime but you have to take a package from £20 per month.

not sure why this is cold, seems like a decent deal to me

I managed to haggle a free Sky Q hub mode router and aside from it looking nicer, I've not notice any improvements performance wise.

Anyone know how you can use the option to have a new phone line installed as I cannot find a way to trigger that option. As I want another new line to add to the other two then I know it costs £30 through BT however over here it asks me to contact them over the phone.

Thanks, I've signed up so will see how it goes in my Flat. The reviews state you can't use the inbuilt Power Plug /Mains transmission of signal as its a different standard ( Only Q friendly ) but using one of the two ethernet ports to connect will work ok.

Anyone know of any good offers or codes for Sky Fibre Unlimited?

Sky Broadband is rubbish. Do not expect 17Mb. The max I would get is around 11.6 but a lot of the times it would drop to speeds like this:

I live less than a mile away from the nearest exchange.

Thankfully, we are on Fibre Unlimited now.
