This super duper Sky starter kit entitles you to a free Sky+HD box when you join Sky+HD. You pay £30 to cover the cost of standard set-up and get £50 cash back from Sky when you purchase with a TV. This offer only applies to new Sky+HD households and a minimum 12 month new subscription to Sky TV (from £28 per month) applies

SKY said I couldn't have my £50 Voucher when they did the M&S offer because I lived in a flat??? they didn't even have to mount as dish as it was all pre done when the block was built 6 months pior.

wouldn't trust offers like these from SKY

i believe you can do it without purchasing a tv, but if people wanna go to sky direct who are then gonna charge them for set up then thats their choice

you can buy it seperate and sky do not ask you if you have bought a tv you just give them a code. had this confirmed, plus with the offer of sky for half price cant go wrong

I purchased a HD ready TV from Comet & paid an addtl £30 for the cashback offer - phoned the reference through to Sky but not received the £50 cashback from Sky. The packaging on the offer stated that you would get a letter from Sky within 30 days after you advised them the details - the letter never arrived until I prompted them to respond - now it seems the offer has expired.
Spent ages trying to sort out but Sky not interested. My business will be going elsewhere once I am out of contract with Sky.
