So basically you only get this if you know someone who works for sky when most of HUKD won't!
#2
Whats the point in this deal if you don't know anyone at sky and offers and requests are not allowed!?!?
#3
might be able to buy a code from ebay, have a look

good deal, have some heat.

I've been with sky for ages, I called them last week and said that I was considering cancelling as I felt there fees were a bit too high now, and they offered me my package at half the price for 6 months - that's a saving of £20 per month! So Ive stayed with sky :)
So even if you are already with sky you may be able to get some good deals with them, give them a call
#5
there are a few on there for around the £50 mark

I wonder how you managed that, as you need to provide a code for the it to work
#11
I had switched them off as they wouldnt give me discount and they emailed me this offer, went online and it wouldnt work so rang up and now have sky for a year for £10 a month ....just enough to make the sky plus box work!!!
Before u all scream we cant get freeview here.

I've never had any problems getting a deal with the "I'm cancelling" phone call, the only thing is you need to do it every 6 months.

It helps if you have all the services with them, they are much more keen to keep you.
#13
recently called sky to say things were getting too much £43 a month for sky hd, another sky plus box and some basic channels and i was thinking of leaving basically they said they could cancel the extra box or hd and it would be £10 cheaper a month, yeah err greta cheers for that. they had said see ya... so mine ends on the 5th of march, no half price deal to keep me so will get freeview now, dont watch sports etc and with summer coming i probably wont spend as long in front of the tv now anyway.

kids will miss it though...

i had a very bad experiance with sky which i wont write here, but ended up having to pay to have phone line reconnected due to there mistake

I don't know, £38 including "Land Rental" could be quite good depending on the size of the Land :D

I'm guessing its the half price only applies to the Land Line rental. Not a great deal IMO.
