and topcashback..

I got a code from a friend who works at sky that gave me the Complete bundle (All channels, sports and movies) for £33 per month.

No installation fee and Topcash has already paid out £121 for it.

Without a friends and family code this is great. Vote the deal not the brand

id urge all ops to never post sky "deals", they always go cold as sky are all about trying to squeeze more money out of you during your contract, and their customer service is appalling. of course their is also that 12 month period you would have to wait before going to sky again which is ludicrous, if your not in contract, you should be able to negotiate a deal like any new customer. Sky tried the 12 month thing on me, so i cancelled, and 6 years later i still haven't gone back.

My Sky finishes today. I've had it cheap for the past year because of their constant mistakes and poor service.

And besides, even with all the channels, there isn't really anything worth watching over the stuff you can get on freesat!
#7
if you watch sky then this is a good deal and I have thus voted hot.

personally I have gone with a free sat humax box and never looked back. £0 a month and just use now TV codes for f1 from eBay. but again this depends on your viewing habits.

Seriously unimpressed with sky - been with them less than 2 months and recieved a letter saying they're putting my bill up by £4!!

That's a very good deal, but how did you get it?
My contract ends today, and I am ringing them later today to discuss staying, or not.

Surely you signed up at a specific price point? A contract works both ways. They have you locked in for 2yrs but you should have the assurance of no changes. I'd contact them and read the riot act.

no if is in the terms and conditions they send you at beginning saying that sky prices may increase during your contract period depending on your subscription and near all the bundles are going up 50p except entertainment extra which is going up by £1.50.

Too many Cold reviews because people don't like Sky or, like me, can't get the deal... This is HotUKDeals, not HotUKCompaniesThatIDon'tDislike...

Is it a good price for whats on offer - if Yes then its Hot. My partner is fed up with Virgin, wants to try Sky, for what she wants this is ideal so gotta be Hot.... Surely!!!???

That's absolutely mad. They've basically got you by the short and curlies then! I was with Virgin Media for 5yrs and they increased the price once but this was years ago. Seems to be a more common occurrence now :/
