Don't CPC have a £6-ish small-order handling fee ?

I have the Skytronic model with the transistor checker, basically the same otherwise, and think it's a great little unit for the price.Even people that think they'd have no use for this, would find the battery test function useful, as unlike just a regular volt tester/standard battery checker, this will give you a proper indication of it's usefulness, but putting a small load on the battery.

I miss my old Micronta though, which I got from Tandy back in 1989, and lasted up until last year.

I remember using this at school.

Isn't it just, shame though, I miss the Tandy stores, they used to always have a good stock of components, and some decent handheld scanners.Amazingly, I still have a Tandy Realistic branded Casio VL-1 Tone keyboard (Tandy use to rebadge a lot of Casio's products) which is mint condition, and still works perfectly, and I think I got that just before I left school in 1982!

All of the CPC multitesters are better than the one in the original deal.

Go for one with a stronger looking build and the features you want.

I still have my 80s Micronta although it's mostly only used for testing batteries. 8)

PS I think the webfree code for cpc may have expired now.
