"whats the deal today?"

How romantic lol
#8
Are these instore too? I assume so. I got a pair of Slazenger track suit bottoms yesterday at £2 which I think was yesterday's deal.

For some reason the balls aren't getting any discount in my basket but the rackets are. Anyone else have this problem?

Scratch that sorry. Says two items at the top. I was being too greedy
#12
with £3.95 delivery...still a good price but pushes it into "do I really need this?" territory. Shame they don't do store pickup, we have a shop down the road.
#13

Yeah so early in the morning too. Maybe it was in my subconcious.

How is this deal only 149??? This is super hot!!! Had the e-mail myself and ordered two squash rackets without hesitation.
#21
Cheers, got 2 badminton rackets.
#22
Sports Direct - my first order online was for the reekok trainers on Jan 3rd. The package still has not arrived. Customer services do not supply a phone number, emails are just ignored. Personally a bunch of thieving b***ards.
DHL - again customer service is non existant. Phones just ask when you want it delivered and then it never appears. Emails to customer services are ignored.

AVOID LIKE THE BLACK DEATH - IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEY JUST ROB THE MONEY FROM YOUR CARD AND DONT GIVE A F**K.

Not that great really with the postage, we picked up a slazenger badminton set a couple of years ago at a sports world or some store like that £5.99 for two rackets with covers, 5 shuttlecoakes and a mini net with metal posts

Agreed on the badminton racquets. The squash racquets seem a good deal though. Ordered 2.

Couldn't find any further sweeteners (e.g. free shipping)

Just to confirm a few things...

These deals ARE in store as well, but stocks are pretty low i would have thought...just went to my one near work...in Nottingham, and picked up a squash racquet, been looking for one for ages and this came along for £1, they only had 2 and this was 9.05am, so i got one and left the other as i cant play with 2! They dont come with a cover but for £1 im not that fussed as again i cant play with the cover on! The badmington racquets they had 20-30 left in the front of the store...i didnt get one as i dont need one, but again they were £1 each, no cover again! The tennis balls came in the tins and again they had 20+ left in store, got 1 tin as well for £1!

This offer is instore in Aberdeen Union Street. There were about 10 squash and 15 badminton raquets left an hour ago. They are marked as 9.99 but scan in at £1. They also have those huge mugs for 69p as well!

By editing the URL, here are some other ones:

(yesterdays)

Saturday:

I think they may reduce the price further for the future ones and put the red writing at the top saying 'no more than 2 per customer'

#33
Nope, instore too.
#34
Avoid the Slazenger badmington raquet!!!
I had one and it literally fell to bits after just a few games, as well as the grip slowly coming off from the first game. Got a Head brand one for a little more and that's still perfect after 15 games...
#35
Went to our local SD bought 2 packs of tennis balls £2 went to the gym then went back and got 2 rackets £2 ACE
#36
Picked up the badminton racquets @ £1 each in the St Pauls Branch.

As of 12:30 there were no tennis balls or squash racquets, just about seven of these. To be honest probably sold out now.

As to the comment that they are bad quality, they certainly look OK to me, and what do you expect for £1!
#37
Just returned from the Wrexham store where they had loads of badminton, tennis and balls!! bought two rackets and two sets of balls - £4 - absolute bargain for the kids. Apparently tomorrow's deal is a jacket of some sort for £12. Great find - didn't know about this deal of the day till now - thanks:thumbsup:
#38
The Liverpool ONE store only has tennis balls left
#39
Glasgow Argyle Street have about 8 Badminton Rackets Left, loads of tennis balls but no squash rackets. Although the girl did say that the Sauchiehall Street branch would probably have some.

Great Deal - 2 badminton rackets and a set of balls purchsed for the princely sum of £3.
#40
got 8 packs of tennis balls score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
