Wasn't sure it was a bargain but took a punt. Its £40 online but they've reduced it instore to £20 (Derby - Spondon). Plenty left for both the men and women. Worth checking your local store if this is something you normally want.

Looked online and its £50+ pounds on Amazon so guess its a deal for me.

Will help with the Sports Active 2 I recently got.

Hope its helps someone.

If you do buy one, rather than keep buying new adhesive pads ( about £ 10 a set ), try Abgymnic gel ( tried to post the e a b y link but wouldn't work....ITEM number 130383645886 ) each time you use it and you shouldn't have to buy a new set ever.

Strangely it works, no matter how good a set of abdominal muscles you have, you can't see them if you have a layer of fat over them. If you think about it, it would look ridiculous if you were overweight but had a 6 pack.

This is exactly why you are wasting your money! Everybody has 6 pack abs, just covered in a layer of body fat. The way to achieve visible 6 pack abs is to reduce body fat levels, this is done via strict nutrition and exercise, with the emphasis on strict nutrition. Endless crunches (or electrical impulses causing muscle contractions), will not reduce body fat, and will do little to stimulate development of abdominal muscles.
Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym!

Hey I just thot id say that I have the one from amazon at 108 pounds. I know I know but I use this in conjunction with 3 times at the gym per week doing 40 min on cross trainer at nite, medium weights for an hour and 100 sit up per day on my gym ball and everyone including myself has seen the body fat shed off. this does work ur muscles but has to be in line with good diet and excersice, you aint going to get a six pack just with the belt sittin on couch watching the bill. Also belt is quite uncomfortable once you reach the higher pulses but it is worth it if you can put up with it. oh replacement pads are 8 pounds for mine. they tend to only last a month.

as you enter the store go right and there's an aisle (2 or 3 aisles before the toys aisle) and its full of various stuff on sale, go to the top of that aisle on the right hand side they've got a load of electrical stuff there

Lol why 2? Surprised they sold out so quick, they had at least 5 of each last night

Why do the know it alls always say these are a waste of money because they don't get rid if fat? Where exactly does it state that it will do that? That's right, nowhere. It's like buying a bike and expecting it to burn fat just by sitting on it.
