The tubs of powder at 2 for £5 look like a good deal but i saw the ready to drinks at boots with 25% off bringing them to £6.06 but it also gives 200 advantage points, so really making it £4.06 for 6 rather than £4 for 4 here..... + the quidco at boots.

fair enough :) - must get an advantage card

i dont normally take notice of the ready to drink ones, thought i'd add them whilst i was here lol

ooooh...I hope Barry Bethal has seen this deal!

So much Sugar in these... Have you ever seen anyone Slim taking these? They do taste nice though.

Slim fast really should be rebranded, kids and adults alike love the taste of that suff and personally i used to drink it as a drink rather than a slimming aid.

Good price, good deal!

I used them to loose weight for my wedding day and lost 4 stone over 6 months. I had to be resized for my suit and the ring didn't fit any more!! That was over 4 years ago, I only put about 1 stone back on since.

did u live off the shakes exclusively carly, ie without eating proper food, mad i tell you, bad enough people forgo 1 meal a day for this stuff.

i love this stuff. avoid the cans though. they are too watery. i put in too much and get a nice thick shake. there just isnt a great thick milkshake on the market. and these really fill you up.

I followed the plan, one shake at 10am another at 2pm and a meal at 6pm. It really works although it took about one week of what felt like starvation before it was normal and the hunger feeling vanished. Another helpful aid was this book and CD from Paul McKenna...

Currently priced at £6.54 IMO better than spending £5.00 on Slimfast as it should work without dieting and the results are astounding but I didn't hear about it until after i had lost weight on Slimfast, this book kept it off.
