That's my presents sorted ....
Just wait for the cancellation email now....
#12
Same price at the other members of the group, Mashall Ward & Additions Direct if you prefer them
#13
Ordered two but been given delivery date of 18 May? Phoned CS and they said they come direct from the supplier. Thought this was a bit of a con because their Website says £3.95 for next day delivery. Don't mind paying for delivery but I was expecting them to say Monday. I wasn't expecting having to wait 10 days??:x

heat from me thanks

I used Very to order a printer a while ago. They were terrible. Just cancelled the order online without emailing me. Same happened with a lot of people from this website. Some people even got charged p&p from memory and had to phone to claim it back. I wouldn't go near them again. You've been warned

20 tog?
You an eskimo or wot?
I got a 15 that's too hot.
Be careful.
You might not be able to use it.

very nice find heat from me

Bagged me one of these. Thank you to OP. Let's just see if they are reliable.

I ordered one of these but in my online banking I have been charged twice.
#20
This might get cancelled as Littlewoods and Kays are quoting correct prices and they are much higher than this, so must be one of their famous mistakes.

On kays and Littlewoods they are £12, I wouldn't call £1 more a big deal

Just a word of warning with regards to these codes. I was one of the people who used to say "ive used these codes for ages and had no problems etc" tried placing an order yesterday for my holiday gear and ive been given some other number to ring. Phones it this morning and my accounts very and additions have been placed on stop due to these codes being used.

Ill freely admit to them i have use codes on all my orders near enough but have spent nearly 5k with this company and even with the codes i used the mark up on the items for them must still be astronomical. Ill be seeking legal action if anything materialises from all this it , if codes arent for me then this should be recognised at the checkout before the contract of sale is made (paypal amongst others manage to do it with their codes)

Im guessing they will try and get this money back somehow but ill see them in court before they get a penny which i doubt they will there T&C's have so many flaws it would just take any good solicitor to take them out.

Seriously? That's scary...I totally agree with you, if the codes are not for general use, then they should say so at point of contract - they can't demand you pay back the discount later! (Or can they, legally speaking I mean?)
#32
SIMATE : They are not £12 on Littlewoods they start from £12 and go up to .......£42 quite a difference I think.
#33
Heat from me. Just ordered 3 at 15.0 tog. Cozy.
#34
Had a crack at ordering one even with the waiting time, shall see all they can do is cancel it.

Im not joking mate, im was panicking at first but then when i sat back and thought about it , they have accepted and delivered an order (that have all been paid for now) based on the price quoted on the screen and that is what i agreed to pay.

The fact is if i couldnt have used the discount then i would have gone elsewhere, i just prefer to use additions/very as i can spread the payment interest free over 3 months.

Ill see what happens next week but ill speak to trading standards in the meantime. Think they should be going after the people that use multiple emails to get these £30 off £60 people than customers like me spending a small fortune with them.

Ill probably be labelled as a scaremonger by people on here , i used to be one of the people saying it lol now its come back to bite me in the ass. the number i was given was : 08448224650 and then they were to put me through to another department but they dont open weekends so ill have to wait.

we shall see how this pans out.....

There was a bit who har about this years ago, and they stated they wouldn't follow up on vouchers regardless, whether they do this who knows.

I have used the £5 off Voucher which i'm entitled to according to the voucher rules, if they take it back I will claim it back.

I want to use the £30 off a £60 order code - I have never ordered anything from Very.co.uk but have ordered from Littlewoods, does that count me out of ordering?

For some reason I seem to be on the very.co.uk emailing list for many months but never ordered anything from them before

No chance.

They can't take back money - As soon as they despatch the item the contract is made. End of.
