I was suprised that it was hidden away with the general new games and not given a more prominent position - best deal in the store I thought.
#9
Good price voted hot, pity it's not online as Game is miles away from my home or I'd go and buy this :-(

Used some of my trade-in credit at Gamestation to get it for £25 at Gamestation about 2 months ago. Platinumed the first 2 games and playing through the 3rd one right now and haven't started the Move minigames. This is probably one of the best deals you can get for a game. 3 full games and Move minigames for less than £20. Miles better than the crap they charge you £40 for like Call of Duty

Admittidly Black Ops is pretty poor in comparison to previous COD titles, but millions of gamers wouldnt call it crap.

Yeah but millions of gamers are mindless morons who'd play anything with guns, explosions, blood and swearing. And no matter how stupid they are, none of them can honestly say a recent COD game is worth £40
#15
This is going slightly off topic?

Josh

P.S None of my local GAMEs have any stock :(

Not sealed, but defintely new. They keep the discs/books behind the counter (and no not from the pre-owned shelf). The discs & books are in mint/new condition.

Check out my De Blob 2 post (also £14.98 @GAME)

£30 in a day, the mrs will kill me, lol

Well if they get 100+ hours out of playing online with friends, I'd hardly say that was bad value

Back on topic, I somehow missed this on PS2, and its a cracking price. Very tempted @ this price
Is this likely to go to PSN store at any point?

Any news on Timesplitters 2 making a remastered appearance?

Even if it did, you sure as hell wouldn't get it this cheap. Expect to pay upwards of 30 quid even for a digital download.

As for me, I only ever bought the first Sly game on PS2, which as I recall I didn't get too far with due to a frustrating 1 hit kill laser grid section - hopefully age will have improved my response times and I can finally proceed past it. Will definitely be buying at this price and I understand the sequels did away with 1 hit kills, even if it takes me hours upon hours to clear the original.

Was more thinking of them coming separately to the store, perhaps with one of them free for PS+ and the others discounted. But if this happens, could always sell or trade the disc

Order has been posted already, sweet!!!! :)

I went through to the Metro Centre and snagged the last copy yesterday, very pleased.

Thanks,

OOS online. Not sure I can be bothered to go to town for it. Might pick it up when its back up online.
#35
Had a hard time getting this.Went to Hanley (which has 2 Game stores). The people working in the largest one had never heard of the game, or had it on their computers! The second one had no copies.Only place that had it was one copy at Gamestation for £24.98.Didn't know the highstreet had become quite so tilted against none Fifa/COD games.
#36
Out of stock :-(
#37
GAME don't tend to replenish sale stock unfortunately, until after the sale.

Same with most sales I imagine.

There'd be an estimated restock date if that weren't the case.
#38
None in my local store (ABerystwyth) either. :(
#39
Bargain I was pleased The Sly Trilogy was released as a HD Classic as I totally missed it on the PS2 as I never paid attention to the Sly series. At £14.98 it's worth buying and it's quite possibly the best deal in the GAME sale.

How's everyone getting on with their purchase?
