Sure, there's trade-off, but it's in the same ball-park.

This case only has one internal 3.5" bay, not great compared to the HP.

Forgo a DVD, and you've room for 2...just need these for £1.72 - Startech Metal 5.25 To 3.5 Inch Drive Adapter Bracket

If you want more than 2, change the case...perhaps this, for no extra cost, and can take up to 5. Choice depends on your needs.

As a computer and a server...no.

Not a direct comparison, I know, but this would do a lot more, if you needed it to!
