you kidding? a live christmas tree? most ridiculous deal ever, while everyone is currently throwing their trees out you are buying one to try and keep in your house for a year.

If it's potted, it should have roots. Will easily stay alive outside with watering in dry weather and will grow up to a foot a year meaning in 4 years you could have a tree or trees worth £20+, for a 3p outlay, the pot would cost more!
Heat from me, buy ten of these for 30p, plant them in the garden and in 4 years sell for £20 each. Long term investment!

why? for 3p does it matter if it dies....gees :s

Just beware.....these are NOT pot grown....they are taken from the ground, the roots hacked down to almost nothing, enough to be able to shove them in the pot, a bit of soil is shoved in and they are then sold as 'potted'.

9/10 they wont survive.

I hate the thought of having a tree cut down just to decorate my house for a couple of weeks per year so I bought a 2ft potted Christmas tree. It lives outside in a planter that is currently far too big for it but just small enough for me to drag into the house. Once it gets to a reasonable size I'll keep it trimmed.

For 3p I say go for it!

Anything for 3p is a bargain, but I wouldn't look after one so won't be buying it. Great price :)

We have a space a the bottom of our garden where pine trees love growing, So I'll have to snap up a couple if they still have them.
