Good deal if it suits your motoring needs. I'd be looking for a better spec than the basic passion though. I'm presently leasing a forfour night sky for £98 a month

I have a forfour proxy premium and it's fantastic. Don't lease it though. Cheap to run, shifts when I need it to, turning circle is great, overall a great little car that suits my situation.

It was via planyourcar. It was a 2 year lease ending in Jan 2018. Sorry no time machine but I'm hoping for some similar deals again. Then increase in vehicle excise duty and the economic slow down may result in a lot of cars sitting around unsold

It's actually cheaper, as a total price, to go with a 9+35 deal.

Be warned, they're advertising this as "free road tax" but these particular "operator lease" deals only include road tax for the first 12 months and this model now costs £140 a year to tax under the new rules.

So you need to add another £280 to the deal total.

All petrol and diesel cars registered after 1 April 2017 will pay a flat rate of £140 annually if they cost below £40,000, not just this car.

Correct, that's what I just posted.

But Contract Hire includes the cost of the Road Tax for the duration of the contract, these Operator's Leases don't.

Clearly says Road tax included - not Road Tax for 1st year - What makes you think only one year, would be really unusual?

Not unusual at all, these are Operating Lease not Contract Hire. We've had a couple through the business in the past, just 12 months road tax included (which was fine before the new tax rules) but now you need to cough up another £280 for years 2 and 3.

It is a Personal Contract Hire deal - not an operating lease - I am not going to lease it anyway so something someone could check if they decide they do want to.

Congrats on the spam, this is referring to the more popular "Contract Hire". These Smart deals (offered by numerous companies) are not Contract Hire. They're on an Operators Lease (as mentioned 47 times before), this is not Contract Hire and does not include Road Tax for the full three years.
