  getjar - only place i was able to get the paddy power app & racing post app cant say i had any issues (had both on various devices) no crazy ads or anything of the sort

  Already have this installed on my Touchpad, comes in handy. Used GetJar on numerous occasions without any problems. There used to be a spate of posts on here highlighting all the currently available free apps from GetJar, where you may have had to pay for these same apps through Google Play or similar markets. For those of you wondering if GetJar is safe, legit; legal, yes it is.

  So how come this deal is at 118 degrees when the product is available elsewhere for free? I've clearly missed something, I don't deny that. Does GetJar work with devices from all manufacturers?

  The GetJar site won't let me choose my device. It comes up on the list of devices but I can't select it
  
  I've tried 3 different browsers :-(
  
  I've used GetJar in the past, though. It's perfectly safe and legal. If it works for you, I say go for it. The only downside is that you won't get updates through the Play Store

  I've used getjar for this and beautiful widgets and a few other free apps that cost on play. Only difference if i remember is that you do not get updates like you do through Play.

  Going through Google Play it says this is compatible with my (Asus) Nexus 7, whereas GetJar says it isn't. oO

  Its 230' now, this is ridiculous, no offence to OP, but the item is free.
  I've used smartoffice2 but find it cumbersome and slows my phone, better using Kingsoft which is ALSO free
