Not the best pasta in the world.

But fine if you load up on sauce.

HOT!!!

Damn that is cheap. Although personally I prefer Sainsbury's Basics Pasta which is made from 100% durum wheat and only 18p.
Voted hot anyway.

Hmm, should I buy this now or wait till it drops to 5p?

I personally thought it was horrible - I had to throw the rest of the packet away. I can only assume the other supermarket's own brands all use 100% durum wheat as I happily eat all of those.

Even with lots of sauce on it had a weird taste/texture. And having to put lots of sauce on to cover up the taste would defeat the point of buying cheap pasta wouldn't it? The sauce is the expensive bit. The smart price sauce isn't bad - I wouldn't necessarily use it on it's own but it makes a good base.

Bought 5 packs today - normally buy this anyway and the last time I did it was ~40p.

Hot!

No longer showing online so I wonder if Asda are discontinuing this line rather than it being a "rollback".
