Would this Router be any good for wireless connection of the XBOX360 Console onto LIVE

Hi!

Could anyone comment on the stability and reliability of this router? I found one positive review, but would like some more info before I decide to buy.
I'm looking for an ADSL2 modem + WiFi router combo to replace the BeBox at our house (router provided by our ISP). The current router needs resetting on a regular basis and has a penchant for crashing when 4 people are playing left 4 dead through it :D

Raise a ticket with support and see if they will replace it! It's included in the price. Have you got the latest firmware on it, there is plenty of info on the site or the Forum that might help. If you don't go this way, I would suggest a good scout throught the Be forums for info on which router to buy, some use other routers, and there is plenty of advice on what works well, and what doesn't - as Be is a bit different to the average PPoA connection other ISPs use, the users advice there is going to be more relevant. Remember there is some functionality you will lose with a non-Be router too.

All the "Be" Speedtouch routers are better than this cheap SMC stuff... although the newest 585 V7 is a bit of a cut-down version - when I got one sent I WAS planning to replace it with my own non-Be Speedtouch 716, but as it is performing better than my 716 used to, I haven't, although it isn't QUITE as configurable as the v6, the 780 or the 716.

As for wireless on ANY router, turn it off and get powerline ethernet adapters - unless you have a particular NEED for wifi, it is HOPELESS by comparison, and the powerline setup is like a complete revelation!

This is *****!
I bought one and my more than one G wifi device keeps losing connection with it. It doesn't matter the channel, or if n is turned off leaving b and g.
I have had to put my old router back in.
Don;t buy this if you have any sense.
My Netgear WGE111 game adapter hates it even more than the rest! One minute 80% cinnection. Next minute it i scanning for a network again.
