Peugeot are running free* family night indoor ski sessions at SNO!Zone - the indoor ski slope with real snow to promote their first SUV - the 4007.

Activities include family tobogganing sessions, beginner ski or snowboard lessons, an ice slide and an hour of skiing on the slopes (if you meet the standard).

I attended a similar one of these last year and it was a great night.

The exclusive Peugeot evenings take place at these SNO!Zone venues across the UK:

Braehead, nr Glasgow
Monday 20th October
0871 222 5672

Castleford, nr Leeds
Tuesday 21st October
0871 222 5671

Milton Keynes
Wednesday 22nd October
0871 222 5670

Book now by calling your nearest SNO!Zone between 9am and 8pm, 7 days a week, quoting DW2082.

*There is a £1 booking fee but that's all.

They told me £1 when we get there as I'd reserved it over the phone. They don't ask for cash up front so I think it might be on the night.
#5
Nowhere near me :( but what a great deal, heat added!
#6
How appropriate - gas guzzler promotion using energy guzzling artificial ski slope!
#7
Got 4 of us booked up too for Braehead too - Superb!! 45 lesson and then an hour on the slope with free hire of gear.

Need to remember bring gloves though or they wont let you on.

Snap, booked for 6pm . No doubt we will see loads of us there

Think we're booked for 8pm, but they said to turn up at 7.30pm - always fancied a shot of Snowboarding, as I used to skateboard when I was younger... prob not as bendy as I used be tho!

It's quite impressive looking though - visited a few times now without actually going on.

booked at milton keynes at 9pm
8pm was sold out

thanks to OP

These get stupidly busy. You spend at least half if not more of your time queuing for the 1 man lift and then when the queue is big if backs onto the bottom of the piste so you have to start slowing down half way down the piste to avoid breaking legs. Not to mention the lack of enforcement on their own rules i.e. "you must be able to parallel turn to be able to ski" all adds up to a frustrating hour standing around. Spec if there is tobaggoning going on as well, then the 2nd lift is usually reserved for them.

Hot if you can bare the queuing.

Only 10pm left at Milton Keynes now! Shame but great spot. heat added

Great!
Just booked for 6pm at MK!

See how many legs we can break between the 5 of us!!!
#13
don't forget the 0871 number at a premium rate.... But good offer....
#14
Great find... heat added.

Booked for MK @ 7pm. However lady told me that we had to bring our own waterproofs or it would cost £5 to hire theirs? Still can't go wrong with this. Wasn't charged a £1 booking fee either
#15
twe I thought 0871 numbers were 10p a min at anytime and anywhere. Have I got that wrong ?

dont need one myself, but some people do.....also if you bothered to look at the specs, these pugs do near 40mpg...i bet there's a good chance your car doesnt

yawn! sold by the eco brigade..everyone does their bit but this eco thing is getting out of control....no wonder the gov have latched onto it...an excuse to tax us more!!

fact - if every car in the world stop tomorrow = 1% drop in CO2 emissions....wow...then how will everyone get to work, etc...maybe by a half full train [and then what not all train / bus stations are near where everyone needs to go?], plane

Fab! Going to try and arrange a session at Xscape in Castleford for family toboggoning, and another for the hubby to do a bit of skiing if possible. Thanks!

Did you book a lesson or just leisure ski? I was told they only had 10pm left. But I asked for lessons. He never told me that they had earlier slots for other things :x

Technically they're not "premium rate" but lots of people refer to them as that because they are there to make money for their operators.

Always one that has to have a little preach about a deal. Everybody is quite aware of the environmental issues affecting the world, no need to keep repeating it. Im sure there are ways you would lower your carbon foot print but dont as it doesnt fit into your way of life.

Voted Hot - Good deal for a family.
#27
just booked for the whole family of 5! what a deal!
i guess i will have to look at the 4007, but im into cars too so that shouldnt be a problem.
cant wait!
#28
Bare in mind you will be able to show competency on the slopes for them to let you on the main slope. and you're not allowed on the training slopes unless you're having a lesson!

Does anyone know of anywhere that does short-term accident insurance that would cover this?

My partner has his own business and could not afford to be off work if he had an accident when we go for our snowboard lesson!
#31
Awesome booked a skiing lesson for my wife and 5 year old and snowboarding for me and my eight year old, tobogganing though :thumbsup:full now at Braehead

if you're a newbie i'll guarantee they won't have you doing anything that will leave you with anything but a sore bum. They will literally hold your hands and walk in front of you until you get your balance

give them a call to see if any places are left

We've had to cancel our free booking tonight for Braehead, Glasgow - so if anybody still fancies a night of free snowboarding etc then you should give them a phone on 0871 222 5672 to see if they have that space available now (be aware, this is a "premium" rate number I think which is roughly 10p a min I think).

I should say that it was a booking for 8pm that we had.

got a booking for 4 tonight at 7 at castleford- cant go, pm me if you want the booking...
