Looks like a Good Deal seeing they are £1.28 everywhere else!!!

Lowers Cholesterol*.

Builds Strong Bones.

No Hydrogenated Fat.

Dairy Free.

20% More Calcium than Dairy Milk.

CERTIFIED NON-GM SOYA.

Each 250ml serving contains Calories 125 6%, Sugar 5.5g 6%, Fat 4.75g 7%, Saturates 0.5g 3%, Salt 0.3g 1% of an adult's guideline daily amount.

SO GOOD Original tastes delicious!

It has a creamy colour and a fresh, slightly sweet taste, that's great on your favourite breakfast cereal.

SO GOOD Original is a complete nutritious alternative to semi-skimmed diary milk, but contains no lactose, cholesterol or animal fats. It is an excellent source of high quality protein combined with essential vitamins A, D, E, B12, Riboflavin and Folic Acid...that's why we call it SO GOOD!

Better yet, SO GOOD contains 20% more calcium than dairy milk, which is great news for your teeth and bones.

But it doesn't stop there...

Not only is SO GOOD Original cholesterol free, the soya protein in SO GOOD has been proven to actively reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol. Research has shown that the inclusion of 25g of soya protein per day, as part of a healthy balanced diet, can help reduce cholesterol in the blood. SO GOOD Original contains 7.5g of soya protein per 250ml serving, which is almost 1/3 of the daily requirement.

Lovely stuff, way nicer than drinking cow juice. Voted *hot* from me

Is this that stuff that new age "types" drink?
#3
If by 'new age' you mean people who are lactose intolerant, health conscious or unwilling to support the practices of the dairy industry or just people who prefer the taste of soya milk then yes.
#4
Surprisingly tasty and refreshing stuff (coming from an unhealthy meat-eating non-new age type)

Except replacing cow's with Soya reduces your Testosterone levels making you less of a man! lol

Cow's milk is best, sticking with Cravendale Semi Skimmed which I find the best milk ever!
#6
Any good in coffee?
#7
If it wasn't for the fact I am also lactose intolerant I would be voting this deal "hot" because cow's milk is for baby cows [if you are at all interested as to why it is, in general, bad for human consumption use 'google' to search for (other) links].

And no, I'm not somebody trying to force you into a non-diary diet just because I make that personal choice (out of necessity). Read the facts about the differences between the chemical structure of cow's milk versus human's milk & make up your own minds.

This aside, does anybody know if the "Fat Free" variant of "So Good" is also on offer at this price?

I did notice that not all supermarkets stock it, but I hadn't realised that I only bought it when in Asda.

Thanks for the link :)

I really like soya milk :) heat added.
I usually buy it from a little store in London called Friends Organic its about 99p per carton
#11
voted hot however will use asda fat free one instead as its good with protein powders (fat free)

Anyone can try putting in spoofuls of Ovatine, use a very little amount of hot water to dissolve the Ovatine, and then fill up with cold soya milk. It's great.
I haven't tried Horlicks but I suppose it'd work as well.
Much better I think than using original milk.

Tesco are doing 1 litre cartons of Soya Magic Original and Soya Magic Light for 69p unti February 24th. Soya Magic say 'Our beans are never genetically modified and are always harvested from sustainable agricultural land. We don’t buy Soya harvested in the rainforest and we only ever use the whole soya bean in our production'.

FYI: I found the "fat free" variety in Morrisons yesterday.
