No, "Usually dispatched within 3 to 5 weeks." means they don't have any stock.

Often in my experience, though not always, it means they won't be getting any more.

Its a pain having a kit with imperial and metric - as they invariably get mixed up and you keep finding sockets that are bad fits.

Virtually nothing uses imperial now.

tat quality , but at a tat price, hot

agree, rubbish quality!

I really dont see any point in having AF sockets....... Unless you have a Hardly Moving Son motorcycle as the Yanks still use AF.

This wouldn't be any good for a Harley as it'd be so corroded up the sockets would just break:-D

Voted hot as the 1/4 sockets will still be handy, 3/8 will probably break pretty quick.

If people have a problem mixing the a/f sockets with the metric, then at this price just throw the a/f's away -problem solved!!

Got a cracking Stanley set for a tenner in Walmart last January. I think I'll stick with that.

how do you determine what is good quality and bad quality with regards to tools of this nature?

its not like this a 2 watt hammer drill as compared to 18 watt..............

what from the description makes you say its bad quality? or is it from experience?

I think the name ROLSON is a bit of a giveaway.:)

Halfords Pro stuff is pretty decent, and if you break any of the bits then just take them back to the store with the reciept and they change them there and then, or order them in if there is none in stock.

It does not say it is chrome vanadium, so will be made out of cheese.

What's not said is as important as what's said. This really is a load of rubbish.
#16
Apart from the fact that the quality will be relatively poor which will be okay I suppose for an infrequent user, there's not really much in the set that is worth having.

Only one extension bar , no universal joint.

You might rue those words when you actually try to undo a sticky nut with it!
