Sol Mexican Lager 330ml bottles 4 for £3

Co-op deals are different in various parts of the country this is on offer in London and the South although amazingly not in all branches for some reason?

ASDA 2 packs of same for £6 ends 31/12/2009

Not my cup of tea but if you like this sort of lager I suppose it's not bad!

Similar in taste perhaps, but while the Sol is a genuine imported beer, the Brahma is UK brewed.

As far as I can make out the Sol deal is available at most Co-op stores. It's in two of my local stores which are run by different Co-op societies and is also advertised a by the East of England society.

Discovery Fajita kits are also half price at the moment (£1.54) and have a £2 off Sol coupon inside. You need to print the voucher off at home but it does mean you get the kit and 4 beers for a respectable £2.54. This week I have been mainly drinking Sol :-D

Re Discovery vouchers, small print says only one sol beer voucher per person. Realised this after buying two Nacho meal packs (on offer at Co-Op for £1.39) and inputting to Sol website. I had registered a voucher there before, and site must have recognised my email or name or postcode or something, because it wouldn't print out a voucher! Recommend using differnt details to creat new sol accounts for each voucher, which wouldn't be too taxing. Still a pain though.
