While this is the usual (normally great) deal that floats around (a pack of Unilever lollies £1ish, BOGOF etc.) I have a serious point!
BEWARE THE EVIL CORPORATE GOONS HAVE RUINED THEM
By all means try em out, but what they say they've done is: "NOW WITH ADDED FRUIT PIECES!!"
GREAT! ? NOOOOOO... what they've done is take the puree off the outside, and made it horrible cheap nasty fruit flavoured ice. And the ice-cream's now totally tasteless, not that lovely rich vanilla we're all used to. Check it out... you'll see I'm right. Now it tastes like a bottle of cheap tropical fruit juice.
They're not so bad I'll be binning the lot, but I was close. This used to be one of the greatest ice creams out there. They finally did for it! SCUMBAGS!

How do we make ISP?
It only takes a tiny amount of ISP to make a change to our ice cream. We produce ours through fermentation with the help of a genetically-modified baker's yeast - this is a production process widely used in the food industry to produce ingredients such as vitamins, flavourings and enzymes. However, no genetically-modified yeast is transferred to the final product. To ensure that the ISP is as pure as possible the yeast cells are removed through several stages of fine filtration at the end of the process. For that reason ISP is not genetically modified. This is an important distinction which was necessary to get this technology approved by EFSA.

I hope the supermarket copies of Solero are made by someone else, so they pick up all of the custom. No doubt some penny pinching, brown nosed junior exec has just been given a promotion for masterminding this :{
+1 which are currently half price in tesco at £1 a box. I stocked up with 6 boxes, could easily buy more
dont like the delmonte smoothies that much but like the fruit juice ones of theirs (both were a quid or so last week in tesco)

We are a family of seven and I must admit to buying the Asda six packs of cones, on 2 for £2. They have choc, mint choc, strawberry and vanilla and very occasionally toffee. My lot love 'em!
Not as good deal but hotness added for the great desciption :p hehe
