Personally if it were me, I'd look around as I am on no 4 and would never get a cot without a teething rail, they just don't hold up.

It also comes with no matress either..........if you look a round there are some huge sellers on Amazon, ebay etc where you can get it all in for around £100 ish delivered.

This is how I got my last cot an obaby one and it's good enough for this time too:thumbsup:

There are quite a few on ebay with matresses from £80 odd delivered and £100 odd with teething rail:thumbsup:

We got one second hand that was a mamas and papas £400 one and it's done both of our two boys. Neither chewed the rail where the teething guards are they both chewed the end of the cotbed where there is no guard so you can't win if they want to chew it they will lol.

Whilst I wouldn't spend £400 on a cotbed having had this one (we paid £40 and it was immaculate and already done 3 other children) I can see why people do bargain of the year ours was done 5 kids and still in good condition (except a few teeth marks, current LO is a biter lol)

Has anyone read my posts gah! I am all for bargain cotbeds, not in my interests to spend £400 on one but you can get basic cotbeds with mattresses for only a tenner more if you look around.

So a similar price but the whole thing, this is without a mattress so not a huge bargen in MY opinion.

We have the exact same model which I unfortunatly paid a lot more for from Mothercare. I would def' recommend it although as people have stated this doesn't have a teething rail.

god what do you people have kids or dogs??

is there a difference? when it comes to teething they bite!!

for those how want a teething rail you can always buy an edjustable teething rail from mothercare for £14.99 - still makes it one of the cheapest cotbeds out there (without mattress) and personally I would rather spend the money saved on a decent mattress rather than buy a cheap cotbed that comes with a cheap mattress.
