Sonic CD XBLA game for 200 MSP from Xbox Live (Gold subscribers only) £1.71
Great game and a bargain price, especially if you recently bought some cheap points from Microsoft.
Also Sonic Adventure for 400MSP and the DX addon pack for 200MSP but the ports of those aren't quite so good.

The ports are "OK", the problem is with the game itself. Buy Sonic CD, avoid Adventure like the plague.
I'll add the link to it to the OP though but for the record it's crap and not worth your points IMHO.

I loved the Dreamcast version. Possibly blind nostalgia though since I had a Japanese imported Dreamcast 8 months before it launched in Europe (I freestyled a bit more with money as a teenager) and Sonic Adventure was the only game I had for it for the first couple of weeks so I played it to death.

Yeah same here, I was a fan of the DC version but my rose tinted glasses arent that strong to see the game for what it is i.e. a mess.
My local indie videogame shop got a Japanese DC in and used to charge £1 for 15 minutes play! I remember playing Sonic Adventure and Blue Stinger; no idea how much we spent.

I bought mine from a local import shop for £320 including Sonic and then I paid another £50 for Virtua Fighter 3tb when I got paid again a couple of weeks afterwards. The fools we were in our youth I suppose. :)

With the DX addon it probably plays more like the Gamecube version than any of the others.

I can trump that, imported N64 with a Dr64 (sat underneath and allowed you to play backups) £800!!!!! I still think back and wonder WTF was I thinking!!!! :D
I also bought the MegaCD, Sonic was good, bus as a console, it was pants.... not as bad as the 3DO mind, that has GOT to be my worst "investment" ever! I found it recently while digging around in the loft, flogged a load of SNES games and did really well, thought I'd flog the 3DO until I checked eBay, I think the highest one on there was about £20 with about 20 games!!! I think that's why I only buy consoles and games when the initial frenzy has settled and the prices drop, that's what responsibility does for you! ;)
My worst investment was an Amiga CD32. Made even worse given i already had a 1200. Was a panic buy for my 18th birthday after the Doc diagnosed me as having hepatitis and said i could not drink alcohol for 6 months. Turns out he was wrong, it was a random infection which cleared up in a few weeks, so i had a CD32 with barely any games (Diggers Gold, Pirates Gold and microscosm) and NO beer money for ages.
sad times.
still hot deal but will pass on this one.

Fortunately I was a bit young for that one, or I would probably have one of those in the loft too!!! :D

Bad things? From who?! Sonic CD is widely accepted as a classic with near universal critical acclaim.

Well admittedly, I did pay 300 quid for a Japanese PS3 in 2006 as well so obviously my days of paying over the odds for games consoles aren't at an end just yet. :)
I got another Japanese Dreamcast for nostalgia value when I was in Japan a few years ago but after we finished Segagaga my OH 'politely requested' that I packed it away so that we didn't have too many consoles set up in the living room.
I never had a Dr64 but I always wanted one though, you must have been one of those rich kids. :D
