Bought one of these for £450 in February, very good tv, well worth £329.99.

Have just ordered one, will be using it for watching regular Sky TV (not HD) and watching DVDs, I am not a sports fan so will not be watching football etc.
I was hoping to get John Lewis to price match (therefore including the warranty) but they do not stock it unfortunately.
I missed out on the other Sony 32" TV deal a few weeks ago. It is not an Xmas present and I was toying with the idea of waiting until after Christmas for the sales but I decided to order now, hope I have done the right thing as it is a big purchase, but then again I would expect a TV to last for a good few years, my CRT Sony TV is about 7 years old and that was ex-rental, so I can justify the price by spreading it over 10 years lol!

bought the 26" model for just under £400 in jan. very good price for a top tv

Personally I'd be tempted by the Sony 32V4000 which is a newer model, and comes with a 3 year warranty, at £389.99.

did you go back to the start and fill in address details and that? anything will do it then give you a new code

Surprised by the cold votes guys, £329.99 is a great price for a 32" Sony LCD TV, regardless of spec....isn't it?

RAC voucher discount as well from Play. I have owned both. The 32V4000 has a slightly better picture (contrast improved) but this is still a good set and the 32V4000 is no longer available at this price. If you are happy with the understated looks of this model and can buy it for £30 less than the newer model that seems a worthwhile saving.

Do not buy in dec 2008 or Jan 2009
Wait 90 days (3 months- march 2009) to buy a HDTV, as prices will dramatically fall.
You will regret for not waiting.
