hmm, not bad at all....

Should be £34.39 quidco (since they pay it on the ex-VAT price) & potential 44.90 if you're a new customer & get a credit account.... so potentially £369.71 if all goes smoothly.

if you are a customer but want this, is your wife/friend/dog a customer ? ;)

I should add also (sorry have toddler trying to help me on laptop) that it seems that sony have extended their 3 year warrently until the end of March 2010. I guess it depends how fast you get this. Got this via amazon http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/uk-electronics/shops/sony/SONY8258_Amazon_3YG_Bravia_A5_web._V205494423_.pdf maybe someone can add info if they know

Great deal. If sainsburys had it for £399 and hardly any stock, this is better. Normally next day delivery too.
#6
ehhh...got the sainsburys deal last week. this one seems even better if u can get quidco & 10% new customer discount. just wondering how long the warranty is for? hot anyway. Check the Sony Bravia KDL40V5500 it's for 550. think you can bring it down to 450-ish. Don't know which one is better dought V or W series?

Have just registered for Quidco, returned to Very website to purchase TV but not sure where or when I'll be asked for Quidco details? Any help appreciated.

All you have to do once registered with quidco, is make sure to clear your cookies and you simply select your relevant retailer and visit the retailer through quidco's link. The "registering" or "tracking" of the details is all handled through quidco.

Go back to quidco site and sign in and then find the Very page on the quidco site. Open the Very site from there & shop as usual. Usually a good idea to clear your cookies before starting the above process to make sure it tracks.

I don't get it?? It should be at least as hot as sainsburys deal...

The product is now out of stock!

I'm not really surprised as I thought this would happen, hence why I ordered ASAP.

I'm surprised this didn't get hotter though.

Anyway great deal but unfortunately now expired.

Balls, I want this but only 32" left :x

Ironically was just looking at their sony tv's 2 days ago.

Cracking deal with the quidco.

Ordered it this morning and cancelled my 32" order :)

I ordered this last night, the amount hasn't been deducted from my balance yet it still shows that it's waiting to be dispatched.

Anyone got any ideas as their CS are useless?

Not sure, mine is saying order dispatched (although delivery date not until the 6/4/10  ) But I ordered it earlier. It did say in my email wait 24 hours before checking online.

My quidco hasn't tracked yet though :x

Now showing in stock again. Just ordered one, got it down to £411 before Quidco, including delivery. First order code worked for 10%. Anyone know why it is costing me more to get it delivered on a Thursday than it would on a Wednesday?

I had that problem also so I just left the delivery date alone.

Anyway it's due for delivery today and I only ordered yesterday. Quidco tracked literally an hour after I'd ordered ;-)
#25
just ordered the 40" version which is £500 but got the 10% 1st purchase off and hopefully will get 8% quidco eventually to?
#26
Agh I ordered the 40" on Saturday, and have a delivery date of 14th April.

How come your deliveries are so quick!
#27
Just phoned Very and they seem to think this only has a 1 year manufacturers warranty - not good if this is true. Anyone know otherwise??

The extra guarantee is with Sony directly

Mine has just arrived, won't have a chance to unpack until later - but hoping the way the delivery lady dragged it up the path hasn't damaged it!! :x

this is an awesome deal, got mine from sainsburys but had to pay £50 for taxi to get it home, I would've ordered from very and avoided all the hassel, don't worry the TV is very well packaged, I dont think there'd be any damage

Check out the 2010 models freeview hd is on most of them, with the world cup on freeview hd this year may be worth considering paying £100 more for the newer version.

Just registered mine with Sony via phone and they confirmed 3 year warranty

It has been in and out of stock the last few days - so keep trying!
#37
Its in and out of stock, because people put them in their baskets, and then some of them decide not to go through with it, and then it comes back in stock.

...grrrrr, this is just the TV I am after! :x

I hope it comes back in stock later tonight........
#39
Keep checking, each size has been coming in and out of stock since Saturday.

You can actually fill in your details by giving your name and email address and they will let you know when its back in stock. Ony 1 problem - its says click on SUBMIT when in fact there is no submit to click on!!!!!!!
