i want to get the lens kit version of this but Curry's don't do it and buying the lens separately even at this price will cost more than the £1600 it's on for elsewhere. anyone know where I could get the lens cheap enough to make this worthwhile?

no 4k???

No its an old camera now. The standard A7 was the first to get a second edition. The only real advantage over the original A7 is the stabilisation which comes at the expense of size.

Great price, but do we know whether the cashback will be honoured alongside the use of a discount code? If anyone could advise that would be great as I'm in the market on this one!

Get it without the kit lens and get the Swiss 55mm prime and the 28mm Sony prime

yes, but what an upgrade. Full frame plus IS is a killer combo.

I have a FE28-70. Never used. If you are interested, make me an offer. I use Zeiss 55mm prime lens.

There's also currently a Sony £250 trade in bonus on this until 18th Jan.

Eg If you have an old dslr worth £50 then you'd get £300 in px.

Available through Wex and Jessops etc.

Worth buying something on ebay just for that. :)
