No, I just like the occasional drink ;-)

Wouldn't worry about it anyhow! don't confuse the great name of Sony with these pathetic excuse for a battery.
They don't do the name of Sony any good whatsoever - AVOID!

They're expensive at any price.

agreed.. I bought this pack at poundland.. no better than any of the others they sell. And they sell no-name ones @18/ £1!
#11
Bought these when they were £1.99 before, they're good batteries. Heat...

Yep, just picked up 4 packs from Sainsburys Cobham this afternoon (16/3 at 3pm) - I actually left about 20 packs behind for the rest of you! H&R added...
#20
got these in centre of leeds store - about 30 packs left, marked as £1.15, will scan at 58p. just bought 10 packs for my mp3 speakers...
#21
They are definitely at the Denton branch in Manchester. I've just picked a couple of packs up. These are also good for recharging with the Battery Buddy.
#22
If the are Alkaline then they are good batteries for the price, if they are Zinc Chloride batteries then Aviod!

terrible non-existent deal, typical of this website. WHY OH WHY at a time of deep recession are we being distracted with such fripperies? Why can we not rise up from our stasis and perform miracles throughout the universe on a daily basis? I challenge all readers of this web forum to stop for a minute and

I bought these a month ago when they were £1.15. Definately alkaline. Back then there were LOADS in Swansea store.

none in my sainbury's branch today, but i picked up a bicycle u-lock for £2 so i'm happy.
#26
my mistake they are 58p not 54p like I said at first. I saw them last night and put them by for me to buy today.

I bought mine at the cranleigh store but bought the last 4packs.
And for vat reductions I got 5p off for 4pks LOL
#27
yup, got mine from bridgemead, swindon, still about 10 packs on the shelf
#28
great price will try and pick some up for the 10 million toys that require these....

Ta for this OP. Managed to pick up a few packs. Expiry date 2015 so no worries there.

That's my remote controls sorted for a few months anyway :)
