This is my first deal post. I think it is sold as NEW and thus should be eligible for another 50£ cash back. Please check whether it is sold new.

SO the effective price after cashback should be = 309 (price on website)+7.99 (delivery charge) - 50 (sony cash back) = 266.99£

Very light, compact, easy-to-use Digital Single Lens Reflex (D-SLR) camera with Standard Zoom Lens (DT 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 SAM). 10.2 megapixels, SteadyShot INSIDE, HD output, 2.7" LCD and on-screen help guide.

You need to ask them if their cameras are supplied by Sony UK. If not, you cannot claim cashback.

Found this company recently as I have been looking at cameras for my OH and they don't get a very good review online!

wouldn't touch with a barge-pole, if it's that cheap it has to be grey area import. So problems with warranty and cashback. CS seems dreadful according to a quick google.

Why do you think it is 'THAT' cheap, you can get it from Jacobs for £275 after cashback + quidco, so this is only £8 cheaper.

Camerabox are legit as I have purchased off them in the past, however there are a few major caveats:
1) many many customers after using camerabox have had their credit cards details leaked and used fraudulently. Proof can be found searching.
2) their delivery times can be rubbish, pay more for next day delivery but don't expect it.
3) they DO sell imports sometimes but not tell you

far from rave reviews here

I'm also pretty sure they have a sister site that is based in Hong Kong ... can't seem to find it at the mo. Maybe that's where they get the imports from.

Only because, from memory, this has been about £300-350 on average. If you needed it, I can't imagine how difficult repair is going to be under the 2yr warranty given their CS feedback.

Think I'd pay the extra few pounds somewhere else.
