Still not worth it imo, horrible screen is deal breaker.

Last year A5100 was available for same money and worth waiting to see if it happens again.

Lots of money for old model... hard to understand why it cost much more than 1-2 years ago

on the plus side - it is the current cheapest unlike the joker that posted a couple of days ago
on the downside its still overpriced, 250 or below perhaps for this

I paid 225 from curry's almost two years ago...

yes, screen quality is appalling and very important feature as there's no evf. Picture quality is something else.

It's definitely a shame how the price has inflated compared to the last couple of years, this was a killer camera for the £249 it cost over most of 2015, but it's still a decent deal.

Anyone able to see any good deals for the Panasonic G7? Every store seems to be selling the DSLR for a regular price. Would love to get my hands on the body and 12-60mm lens for around £450 or less - including the £70 cashback.

really? who know you were after a g7 or g80?!
sounds like you are just looking at the lowest price then taking some off anyway for your price

????

The G7 with lens is around £480 incl cashback. The G80 with lens is nearly twice the price at £800. Given the difference in price, I'm leaning towards the G7, and if the camera can be had for cheaper, would probably go for that instead of the G80.

Although if you know of any deals for the G80, I'd love to know of those too...

yes i know you knew the price as have been asking all over the forum for ages
you just took that price and said x below was your price to pay
if it was 400 then youd want 350, just arbitrary

I'd still most likely pay up the £480. But with retailers doing crazy deals - like Currys on the A5000, I wouldn't mind getting £50 off on top of the £480. Having said that though, with this weekend being insane for shopping, I was kind of hoping that someone would have slashed the G7's price even further.

I'm sorry. I've been spoilt...
