Not sure to be honest.

I believe this has reached the £299.99 price once before on a lightning deal, but otherwise it's usually around £349.00 on amazon.

Thanks mikey. It's always a possibility that the camera price might drop more in new year?

If you put me on the spot, I personally don't think the camera will be as cheap as this for the best part of the next 12 months, so if you're thinking about it, I'd go for it at this price.
Well worth the money I think, and a great camera to boot.

To be honest, I have decided to hold off till march next year as I'm now looking for a mini bluetooth hifi for the missus.

Sounds like you have your priorities right to be honest! Keeping the other half on side is always a good plan.

Is this lens is any good, or it's just better to buy body alone and then some primes? fe Sigma 30mm f2.8
How the touch screen works. Can I set up the focus point by point by my finger place on the display.
Any good software updates and improvements ?

LMAO! A couple of weeks ago I bought a 100W RMS Sony GTK-NT1, which is a boombox speaker with NFC, Bluetooth features from Argos for only £99.99 (Now back to £179.99), but she's not happy. She says that I should return it and get a different hifi as the sony boombox is too big and bulky and the treble sounds are muffled. I kind of agree, but don't want to spend a whole load of money for something she's going to want to use for the kitchen. Any ideas what I can go for? Bear in mind I definately need bluetooth, so that I can stream music/radio from my phone and it should be no more than £180 if it's a micro hifi and no more than £90 if it's a small radio type.

The lens is okayish, I'd buy this package rather than the body only, you can always sell the lens on eBay if you really hate it, you'll probably get the thick end of £100 for the lens only.

amazon currently have the panasonic lumix g6 at £399, plus double cashback from panasonic for the next few days (was £50, but £100 with double cashback) which makes it the same price (as long as you do get the cashack!), the g6 looks a better option imho.

MFT Sensor vs newest biger Sony 24mp. Sony it's also smaller.
Better to buy used GX1 or EPL5 or EPM2, and 20mm f1.7 Panasonic lens if you think about pocketable camera which provides sharp photos in any light conditions

to buy the body alone costs more from normal sellers but i guess you mean split bundles?
yes you can focus by touching the display
what sort of software do you mean? like magic lantern? if so then no
