Silly money....Will no doubt come in handy on xmas day

Not sure if the 5% voucher still works....?

Don't forget quidco too

Says RRp is £7.99 but not sure how that can be true if the exact one is £8.99 reduced in Tesco's

Also worth noting, I already use the Sony 1700mah batteries for my digital camera and they seem to last forever

I've also just noticed the exact same item is listed for £9.99 elsewhere on play...this time rrp is £14.99

Maybe it's misprice?

Hot, ordered 2 for the xmas toys
#4
Thanks, Sure they'll come in use.

Pretty sure these came in the top 5 of the gadget show Christmas review of rechargeable batteries.

Tested a fair few, think they said downside to these was recharge time.

See the link in post #2. The item there states 6 hour charge time?

low capacity battrey.. there was a 2.99 at mymemory

Just looked at my memory and they don't have this so not much point in telling us this?

I have these batteries and trust me they are actually better than the blue 2500mah sony ones... obviously they shouldn't be, but the 2500mah last about 6 hours in my Sony digital camera whereas the 1700mah in this set last a couple of days (and I'm talking about heavy useage)...

There's really no point grumbling at this..... for £3.99 it's a bargain... just buy it before they up the price

My order states 'packing' so looks like play will honour if it is a mis-price.....

doesn't look like it is a mis-price .
these have sold for £4.99 at play before

not a bad deal though...so heat added
#12
They should be trying to sell them off soon. They are replaced by the hybrio batteries that retain their charge for longer. But having said that, I picked up some hybrio batteries in the bargain bin for £2.50 and they were marked with a discontinued sticker. So they might not be replacing anything.
#13
Yup, looks like a steal.

Empire Direct are selling these for £7.99 plus postage.

Voted HOT and bought 2 myself.

will this charger charge eneloop batteries ok, as the charger with eneloop batteries tend to be very expensive, so i thought buying eneloop batteries seperate for this charger would be better if it works ok
