Also, done some extra digging about this set on AVForums and it apparently has a Twisted Nematic (TN) panel in it, which is a budget panel that Sony sometimes use in smaller sets. Those in the "know" say avoid this at full RRP, but at this price is still a bargain IMHO.

yeah, i bought a Philips 42inch tv a few years ago from here and have no complaints whatsoever, then last year i bought a 26ich tv and the picture quality was **** (though that was probably to do with the tv more than the company) phoned them up and they collected no hastle and got a full refund including shipping costs
