Good price for a Sony 1080P TV with 5 year warranty from high street retailer.

Showing as £999 but get an extra £371 off at checkout (automatically applied at last page of checkout). Also a possible 5% back from various cashback sites (worth £31.39) making final cost only £595.88.

Unlike some other current deals on Sony TVs, this doesn't require you to bring in an old TV for "scrappage" discount.

Another good find badger2007 :)

Seems mad that they're hiding these discounts in the small print on the item page, rather than showing it as a reduction on the search results. Good deal, but think I'm still going to go for the Panny from Littlewoods (boo hiss) and take my chances on the discount code!

Best price around but I wouldn't pay this for a V series

Looks like there is a poss mis-price on the W series on amazon at the moment.

£414.98 delivered - bargain of the year if it's right !

Good luck . . .

Amazon marketplace seller. I'd be wary.

Had the same message that it cannot be shipped to my address.

Freeview HD will be launching from early next year so expect to see the price of Freeview TVs plummeting in anticipation for Freeview HD models to come on to the market. I am not sure when this will be but if you are not in a rush to buy a new TV then it may be worth waiting for these changes to happen.

Yes, this is probably next cheapest, but no cashback, no delivery and have to trade in an old TV.

good point - but not everywhere at the same time. a lot of places won't get it until 2012. i don't think it will have a huge impact, in itself, on prices. these companies aren't stupid and know how to gradually bleed us dry with new technology......the rider to this is if you want to record your Freeview HD then you are going to need a Freeview HD+ PVR.....(or PVR capable of recording HD). Though,of course it makes life easier to have an internal HD decoder you still need to get a new recorder, which of course will have its own decoder.......

they haven't been too quick to put freesat in the sets...... they ain't daft.

Don';t **** off a company because they have good deals that are quickly taken up by people...get up earlier.

Spent thousands in Richer sounds over the years and have never had any problems with them.

the cashback refers to when you buy thru sites such as topcashback or quidco.
