Cold, this is more expensive than before.

Also this is a spam, as the offer has already been posted, 10% of Sony Tv and Blu Ray code.

Not really relevent, the majority would prefer buying from amazon even if a little more expensive, worth it for the peace of mind

WoW! I bought this TV around May this year from PRC direct for £499 with 5 years warranty! Can't believe the price is still about the same after few months =) Happy to have this TV, is GREAT!

Why is this expired?

would it not be better to pay £40 more and get the 100hz version?
i am tempted as my sony 40w4500 developed the common fault with the screen and is having it's lcd panel replaced so might sell it when i get it back and replace it

Voted Hot from me !!!
Anybody who was trying to find one of these in stock anywhere when the world cup was on would know how hard it was back in June to find one.
Price then was £650 with £100 trade in for your old telly.
Ive been happy with mine and the 5 On Demand/ BBci Player is the best thing since Sky digi to hit your TV.
Note though not all manufactures give you the catch up functions via DLNA.

Not sure if this has got built in wifi, but I got a Bravia last year that has an ethernet port on the back and want to know what the best least / expensive solution is of linking this via wirelessto my router is (not using power line adaptors). It's not practical to pull ethernet cable through from the router to the TV either.

TIA.

and you don't get 10% off so is £110 more

DAK what the normal warranty is buying from Amazon.

I guess you have to ask yourself if it`s worth paying the extra for a 5 year warranty.
If it goes wrong after 12 months it could cost a lot more than the extra £110

Have seen people claiming Sony standard warranty in 3 years, can anyone confirm this?

JL might pricematch this for you as it's a high street store, also 5 yr warranty.
